"Nation Commander: AI Empire collects almost nothing about you. No ad networks, no data brokers, no tracking pixels. What happens in your empire stays in your empire."
This Privacy Policy describes how Nation Commander: AI Empire ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our iOS application. We are an independent developer committed to privacy by default.
We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with marketers. By using Nation Commander: AI Empire, you agree to the practices described here. Questions? Contact us at the bottom of this page.
We have carefully designed the App to minimize data collection. Every category of information the App may access is documented below.

The limited information above is used exclusively for these purposes:
- Core gameplay. Game save data is read and written locally to maintain your empire's progression across sessions.
- Cross-device continuity. If you enable iCloud, your save is encrypted and synced via Apple's CloudKit so you can continue on another device.
- Personalization. Stored preferences ensure the App behaves the way you configured it between sessions.
- Stability. Anonymous crash reports (only if you opted in via iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics) help us identify and fix bugs.
- Business intelligence. Aggregate, non-identifiable download data helps us understand which regions enjoy the game.
We do not use your data for behavioral advertising, profiling, machine learning training, or any purpose not listed above.
Nation Commander: AI Empire contains absolutely no advertisements. We have not integrated any advertising SDK — including Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, or any other ad platform.
We do not sell, license, rent, or transfer your data to data brokers, marketing companies, or any third party for commercial purposes.
We do not participate in cross-app tracking. We have not requested App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission because we have nothing to track. The NSUserTrackingUsageDescription key is absent from our Info.plist.
In-App Purchases: The App may offer optional purchases (cosmetic items, era unlocks). These are processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We receive only a receipt confirmation — never your name, card number, billing address, or any payment detail.
Local Storage (Default): All game data is stored in your device's application sandbox — inaccessible to other apps. This is included in standard iOS device backups governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
iCloud Sync (Optional): If you enable iCloud Drive, the App uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your save across devices on the same Apple ID. We use CloudKit's private database mode — your data is encrypted and accessible only to you. We cannot read your iCloud data.
To disable iCloud sync: Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Nation Commander → toggle off. This does not delete your local save.
To delete iCloud data: Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Nation Commander → Delete Data.
Nation Commander: AI Empire is rated 12+ on the App Store. The App is not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we collect essentially no personal data from anyone, we are inherently compliant with COPPA. There is no account creation, no name entry, and no communication feature in the App.
If you believe your child has provided personal information, contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action promptly.
The App relies only on Apple-provided system services, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy:
- CloudKit — optional iCloud save sync
- StoreKit — in-app purchase processing
- MetricKit / Crash Reporter — anonymous diagnostics (only if you opted in)
- AVFoundation / CoreHaptics — audio and haptic feedback (no data transmitted)
We do not integrate: Firebase, Crashlytics, Sentry, Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Facebook SDK, Google Analytics, or any social login provider. If this changes, this policy will be updated before any new SDK ships.
We take appropriate technical measures to protect any data associated with the App:
- Game saves are stored in the iOS sandbox — inaccessible to other apps without explicit permission
- iCloud-synced data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest in Apple's CloudKit infrastructure
- We operate no servers — eliminating the risk of a server-side breach exposing your data
- Save files are encrypted using the device passcode key when the screen is locked (iOS Data Protection)
- The App is built with Apple's recommended security frameworks and passes App Store security review
Because we collect virtually no personal information, the impact of any hypothetical security event on your personal privacy is minimal.
We honor these rights for all users, regardless of jurisdiction.
When we update this policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and post a notice in the App Store "What's New" section for material changes. For changes that expand data collection, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.
If we ever decide to collect personal data in ways not described here — for example, by adding user accounts or chat features — we will update this policy before shipping those features and seek fresh consent where required by law.

We take every concern seriously and respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Data deletion requests are honored within 30 days (But we don't collect any data though).
